Player's Complaint

I requested two withdrawals, one for $1000.00 and the other for $300.00. both withdrawals were accepted by the casino. I then checked on both withdrawals around 4 hours later to see that both withdrawals had been cancelled by the casino because they claim that when I deposited I claimed one of their bonuses which according to them had a max cash out of $300.00. I requested one withdrawal for this amount $300.00 which was in with the casinos max cashout, and this left me a balance of $136.00 dollars to play on with. After playing with with this amount for several hours, I managed to win $1000.00 dollars and requested this amount as withdrawal. This now gave me the first withdrawal of $300.00 and a second for $1000.00. the casino cancelled both withdrawals stating I broke the rules which I believe to be a complete injustice. If my $300.00 dollar withdrawal was fine, why was it cancelled along with the $1000.00 which had absolutely nothing to do with the initial deposit bonus they are claiming had been broken. After contacting spacelillys support and asking several times that my $1300.00 be returned to either my accounts balance or honoured as withdrawal they refused and this is why I am contacting the pogg for assistance. Below is an email they sent me to show just how negligent this casino is and they should be made an example of,

Dear [EDIT], Your withdrawal from Space Lilly online Casino has been checked. Withdrawal is approved, but due to the Bonus Restriction: maximum withdrawal when playing with OnDeposit Bonus is deposit amount times ten (dep x 10), your maximum withdraw-able amount is 300 $/€.

As is stated in General Bonus Terms and Conditions:

'Unless otherwise stated, players are only allowed to make a one-time withdrawal for a maximum amount of ten times (10x) the original deposit when the winnings result from playing with an active deposit / reload bonus. Any additional winning credits will then be forfeited.'

We made clear that we would not consider recommending them to players until such time as they ensured this complaint was managed. At this juncture the operator stopped responding to our communications.
